• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Manage access control at entry and exit points by greeting drivers, employees, and visitors; verifying identification and/or credentials; and following visitor management and key control processes.
• Monitor inbound and outbound vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow, including coordinating with site personnel on dock or gate instructions and documenting access activity per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed and completing incident documentation.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, yard areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require follow‑up per site‑specific policies.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
