Security Officer - Flex Shopping Area

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, vendors, drivers, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.;
Control entry and exit points by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and/or check-out logs, issuing temporary credentials as directed, and directing individuals to appropriate locations.;
Screen incoming deliveries and outbound shipments by coordinating with receiving staff, verifying delivery information, and helping to deter unauthorized access to docks, back-of-house areas, and restricted spaces.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related events and communicating updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the interior, exterior, and perimeter, observing for suspicious activity, unsecured doors, and policy violations, and reporting maintenance and security-related concerns.
