You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help deter incidents, respond to concerns, and document activity with clear communication.

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by following site-specific access procedures, security-related policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control entry and exit at designated access points by verifying identification, managing visitor registration and/or badging, and directing individuals to approved locations.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems and report unusual activity per site procedures to help deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including documenting events and escalating issues through the proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, entry points, and perimeter, noting hazards, access concerns, and policy violations and reporting findings to site leadership.

• Be 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
