Learn more:  As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a fast-paced tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help deter security‑related incidents.

You will assist with access control, respond to calls for service, write clear reports, and deliver customer‑focused communication. At Allied Universal, you will support a caring, people‑first culture built on teamwork, integrity, and innovation.

Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour

Job Schedule: Sat 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Sun 02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site‑specific policies, and post orders at a technology‑focused location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance and operational concerns.
• Monitor access control points, alarms, and/or CCTV systems as assigned, documenting unusual activity and notifying appropriate personnel when conditions warrant.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including initiating site emergency response activities and coordinating with onsite teams and public responders as needed.
• Complete detailed reports, daily activity logs, and incident documentation, and communicate significant updates to the Allied Universal supervisor and/or site management.

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
