Police Officer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Police Officer based in Willow Springs, MO. The Police Officer will be responsible for maintaining public safety, enforcing local and state laws, responding to emergency situations, and conducting investigations. Daily duties may include patrolling assigned areas, preparing detailed reports, assisting citizens in distress, providing community outreach, and participating in crime prevention initiatives.

• Knowledge of local and state laws, law enforcement procedures, and regulatory policies
• Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal interaction
• Experience in conducting investigations and writing detailed reports
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties in potentially high-pressure or emergency situations
• Capability to use and maintain law enforcement equipment responsibly
• Proficiency in de-escalation techniques, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass all required background checks and training programs
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in criminal justice or related field is preferred
• Previous law enforcement or public safety experience is a plus
