Full‑time (Day shift.Н 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Senior Moreno Level: Entry level.

The Willis Knighton Pierremont Security Department is seeking an individual to join our team as a Security Officer. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Actively welcoming all patients, visitors, and staff.
• Providing assistance to and from parking areas.
• Patrolling buildings and grounds.
• Inspecting doors, windows, and locks to determine security status.
• Conducting routine checks of main hospital floors, clinics, and sign logs as appropriate.
• Ensuring unwelcome visitors or unauthorized personnel are escorted off campus in a timely manner.
• Documenting and investigating incident reports.
• Responding to emergency calls for assistance to control disorderly or YC5 combative patients/visitors.
• Regulating and assisting with traffic control, issuing parking tickets.
• Providing _and assistance for Air Rescue and coordinating traffic flow through the ER driveway.

Qualifications:

At least 21 years of age, high school graduate or GED, valid driver’s license, and computer experience. Hospital orientation and department‑focused orientation are required upon hire.
