• Dispatch field units via a computerized dispatch system to ADT patrol officers or security personnel for private protective service and alarm response at customers’ sites.
• Monitor incoming alarms.
• Dispatch appropriate field units to calls.
• Assigned to a Lead Dispatcher for training on job functions of a dispatcher, learning radio codes, dispatch policies and procedures, and becoming proficient at working independently and as a team.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, closely interacting with customers and co‑workers.

Dispatch is 24/7. This is an in‑office position; not a remote position. Minimum availability includes accepting shifts during training and then permanent shifts, all days, all swings or all graves, with two consecutive days off. No split shifts or split days off.

The starting pay for this position is $19.00 per hour and will reach $22.00 per hour after 6 months of active employment. Incremental increases of $1 every 60 days continue until the $22.00 rate is reached. Employees receive access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off, with up to 120 hours accrued in the first year and a 6‑holiday paid schedule.
