What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and following site‑specific policies related to access control.
• Monitor and control access points to deter unauthorized entry and activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities, incidents, and observations.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access procedures and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Support emergency response activities and communicate promptly with management and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
