The patrol officer is responsible for responding to alarm activations and emergencies for residential and business customers within an assigned geographical area.
Patrol officers operate from the company base in West Los Angeles. Patrol is 24/7 with two consecutive days off and additional weekend work required.
- Respond to alarm activations while driving a marked company vehicle in an assigned geographical area.
- Conduct residential vacation checks.
- Perform perimeter checks of commercial locations.
- Respond to calls for patrol service.
- Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, interacting closely with customers and co‑workers.
- Provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.

The starting pay for this position is $20.00 per hour and will reach $23.00 per hour after six months of active employment. Incremental increases of $1.00 every 60 days will continue until the rate of $23.00 per hour is reached. Employees accrue up to 120 hours of paid time off in their first year, with accrual rates increasing thereafter. Six paid holidays are also offered.
