Who We're Looking For: A mission‑driven protector who embodies vigilance, integrity, and elite operational discipline. A security‑mindful professional with sharp intellect, exceptional communication skills, and a deep commitment to safeguarding people and assets. Background may include executive protection, emergency response, military, law enforcement, or corporate security.
Locations:
Los Angeles, Malibu, Santa Monica, Calabasas, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and surrounding LA areas.
- Executive Protection & Presence:
Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff. - Threat Response:
Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios. - Security Systems Oversight:
Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure. - Incident Reporting:
Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents. - Advance & Support Operations:
Assist protective agents in field operations. - Protocol Enforcement:
Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas. - Emergency Protocol Execution:
Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies. - Area Sweeps & Surveillance:
Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems. - Team Integration:
Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management.
- Experience:
Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).
- Valid Guard Card, Firearm Permit
- U.S. Passport & Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy
- Ability to complete and pass a pre‑hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
- Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening
- Command presence and confidence under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tactical awareness and emergency response capabilities
- Physical readiness and mental resilience
- Discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience
- Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response
- LEOSA/HR 218 or CCW permit
- Basic Life Support (AHA); CPR certification
- EMT license strongly considered, but not required
- Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies
