Unarmed Security Officer

Location: California, MO
Employment Type: Part-Time | Weekends
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $14.72 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to join our team at a large industrial processing facility. This role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. The ideal candidate is attentive, responsible, and able to uphold security protocols with consistency.

• Monitor facility entrances, exits, and surrounding areas
• Conduct routine patrols to ensure safety and policy compliance
• Observe and report any suspicious activities, safety concerns, or violations
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and authorized visitors
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation
• Follow all company security procedures and post orders

• Previous security experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to remain alert and professional during long shifts
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to pass background screening
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols as required

HS Diploma
GED or H.S. Equivalent

This is a Part-Time position 1st Shift, Weekends, Sat & Sun 6am-6pm.

Relocation is not required and travel is not required
