As a Security Officer – Flex Gate Monitor you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries, including automotive manufacturing. You will act as an Access Control Officer, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, deterring security incidents, and ensuring a secure environment. This is a driving post; a valid driver’s license is required.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access points to deter unauthorized entry and ensure only authorized personnel and visitors are permitted.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and in line with established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to deter unwanted activity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities, incidents, and observations.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff regarding access control procedures.

• A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation required; drug screening required.
