What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Intrafusion services
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices and healthcare systems
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct needs assessments to tailor Intrafusion solutions to client challenges
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements that benefit both the client and the employer
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the East Region
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 5‑7 years of experience specifically in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services
  • Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
