- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the East Region
- 5‑7 years of experience specifically in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services
- Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
