Master Search are currently working with an International leader of scientific, analytical and industrial instrumentation used in a variety of high-tech industries.
Our client is looking for a Sales Account manager for their Semiconductor Metrology Tools, to support their semiconductor customers in the USA region and be a part of a high performing local sales team.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing customers of the company by having, regular customer visits to the existing clients and building relationships with new customers
- Strategic development and stabilization of relevant customers and markets
- In-depth technical and commercial consulting approach from process development to contract conclusion
- Independent preparation of offers, calculations, and presentation of products to customers
- Participate in trade fairs or conferences, providing technical advice
- Identifies and secures sales opportunities at customers, consistent with the company’s product line objective
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and strengthen relationships
- Use negotiation skills to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Promote teamwork and collaborate with colleagues and interface departments to achieve sales success.
- Proven experience in the Semiconductor industry
- Proven capital equipment sales experience, ideally in metrology or X-ray product ranges
- Strong communication skills and good business etiquette
- A completed technical or business degree or further education in the semiconductor industry
- Assertiveness and reliability in dealing with customers and potential new clients
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Structured, self‑reliant, and analytical working style with good foresight
- Ability to find and open new customer relationships
- Team‑oriented and able to inspire colleagues and departments for success
