Vice President of Global Sales, Unmanned Systems – Remote | Los Angeles,CA 🛰️
An innovative communications technology company in the unmanned systems space is hiring a VP of Sales to lead the global sales function and drive revenue growth with OEMs worldwide. This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining executive responsibility with direct ownership of key deals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, win, and expand top‑tier OEM accounts
- Convert existing market awareness into qualified pipeline and revenue
- Lead a distributed sales team across the US, Europe, and APAC
- Establish scalable sales processes while maintaining deal velocity
- Own relationships with executive, engineering, and procurement stakeholders
- Report directly to the executive leadership team
- Deep experience selling hardware or embedded technology to drone manufacturers
- Track record of closing high‑value OEM deals
- Strong leadership capability with a player‑coach mindset
- Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
- US‑based;
West Coast preferred
