As a Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that operates as a strategic digital marketing partner to the multifamily industry. You will advise and sell marketing solutions to property managers and owners, grow revenue through prospecting new clients, and deepen existing accounts.

• Business Development – Prospect opportunities and identify upsell and renewal possibilities using CoStar Group’s market data.
• Relationship Management – Build and maintain trust with clients as a strategic advisor to their marketing plans.
• Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real estate, and market trends within your territory.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales revenue and provide exceptional customer service.
• Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding support through regular, value‑add communication and actionable market insights.

• Two or more years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales, or equivalent in the multifamily industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Commitment to prior employers and a current, valid driver’s license.
• Completion of a driving record check, with a driving history that reflects responsible behavior.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Ability to drive regularly for extended periods throughout the workday.

• Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing situations in a high‑growth environment.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience managing customer relationships through the entire life cycle, including pipeline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Evidence of strong academic performance in college.
• Regular access to a reliable vehicle at the start of employment.

• Base salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, plus commission and performance incentives.
