This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative. The primary responsibilities include to enhance our competitive advantage and market position in Regional Accounts by developing new relationships Canada that generate revenue. As a 911 Restoration Franchise National Accounts Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for strategically identifying, prospecting, and building new accounts and business opportunities Canada
. The primary consideration for this role will be cold calling, developing new relationships and onboarding new accounts that generate new Regional/National revenue through the sale of 911 Restoration Franchise’s products, solutions, and services. Setting up meetings or calls with prospective clients and sales representatives. You will work within a team environment to manage, maintain, and onboard new accounts.
The role of the Sales Development Rep at 911 Restoration, National Accounts Sales Division is focused on building new relationships Canada includes:
- Searching for new opportunities, cold calling and developing new relationships Canada
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities Canada
. - Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects, finding potential new sales opportunities Canada
. - Heavy travel schedule – Travel should occur twice a month, specifically every other week.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of designated verticals Canada
. - Maintain effective communication with clients not being seen through monthly or quarterly virtual meetings.
- Daily tasks include sales activities, building and nurturing client pipeline and relationships, completion of on-boarding packages and scheduling of upcoming weekly visits.
- Providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Attending yearly trade shows and any other corporate events designated.
- Record all activity on Hub Spot (CRM) and email new sales opportunities.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects.
- Have travel schedule completed a week before traveling.
- Do any of the follow-up necessary from your onsite visits and start to plan your next week’s visit.
- When not traveling, set up meetings or calls with prospective customers and engage in the onboarding process.
- Inside sales experience is required.
- Experienced working with accounts Canada
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, cellular or home security companies.
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills are a must, verbal and written.
- Abilit to work independently and within a team in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience in the restoration industry a plus
Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000, plus commission
