As a Vice President of Sales, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the next generation of Mavrix Agents. You’ll blend recruitment strategy with relationship-building, serving as both brand ambassador and business matchmaker. This isn’t your average business development role; it’s about fueling entrepreneurship and helping leaders build their legacy through the Mavrix platform.
What You’ll Do:- Lead the full lifecycle of agent acquisition from sourcing and outreach to onboarding and hand-off.
- Build a consistent pipeline of high-potential agent prospects.
- Develop relationships with prospective partners, providing a consultative, high-touch experience.
- Articulate the Mavrix mission, model, and success stories in a compelling, authentic way.
- Partner with marketing and leadership to optimize lead generation, branding, and conversion.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity in CRM and report on key performance metrics.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and believe in helping others own their future.

- Excel at sales, especially in high-performance environments.

- High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in business development, sales, or producer-facing roles.
- Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry is required, either:
- As a licensed insurance agent or producer, or
- On the carrier or MGA side, working directly with independent agents or agencies.
- Proven track record of developing and leveraging a strong professional network within the insurance ecosystem, including established relationships with agents, brokers, carriers, or referral partners.
- Ability to generate new business opportunities through existing industry relationships.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively via phone, in person, and in writing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
The starting salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000, with an opportunity for additional commission. The offer will depend on the geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. Mavrix offers a comprehensive benefits package.
