About the RoleSolution Sales & Deal Closure Act as a trusted advisor by providing technical consultation and crafting tailored solutions, both independently and in collaboration with the pre-sales team. Lead commercial negotiations, develop competitive sales proposals, drive contract finalization, and coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth product delivery and implementation.
Responsibilities- Market Expansion & Opportunity Identification
- Leverage the company’s cloud communication product portfolio and development strategy to proactively identify and assess business opportunities with local and multinational enterprises.
- Systematically target key industries, conduct effective proactive prospecting, deeply understand customer pain points and needs, establish connections, and advance the sales pipeline.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing technical consultation and crafting tailored solutions, both independently and in collaboration with the pre-sales team.
- Lead commercial negotiations, develop competitive sales proposals, drive contract finalization, and coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth product delivery and implementation.
- New Client Relationship Management & Collection
- Manage the end-to-end relationship with new clients from initial contact through to contract signing, providing high-level sales support.
- Coordinate responses to client inquiries and requests, ensuring seamless handover between sales, delivery, and post-sales phases.
- Take responsibility for following up on accounts receivable collection for partnership projects.
- Experience & Background Business Development Manager:
Minimum 3 years;
Director level:
Minimum 5 years of B2B new client acquisition or key account sales experience within the cloud communication/CPaaS industry.
- Excellent market insight, innovative thinking, and strong commercial acumen.
- Proven ability in cold outreach, solution-selling techniques, and handling complex business negotiations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities and resilience under pressure.
- Professional proficiency in English (working language).
- Proficiency in xx is highly preferred.
