Responsibilities- Learn and execute sales scripts in the field to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Close sales with customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the sales process.
- Adhere to compliance standards and guidelines while engaging with customers and conducting sales activities.
- Engage with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Split your time between the office and the field, adapting to a dynamic work environment.
- Participate in team nights, national travel opportunities, and networking events with top company performers.
- Earn uncapped commissions based on sales performance and enjoy additional perks such as yearly recognition and reward trips, national leadership conferences, and growth opportunities within the company.
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment where everyone is valued and respected.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
