Logistics​/Sales Associate

Dolphin International Transportation Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about sales.

• Sales experience is not necessary, working experience preferably 3-5 years
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Work Authorization (Required)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Candidates who are Bilingual are a plus; with languages such as Mandarin, Korean, Spanish, etc.

• Pay: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Develop new business in the market and strengthen existing customer relationships and have ability to successfully close business transactions and achieve sales goals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors
