Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
• Use expertise of products to assist customers and demonstrate the value of switching services
• Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage business customers to commit

• Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center preferred
• Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
• A proactive approach to customer engagement and problem‑solving
• Associate's degree or higher preferred

• Experience in sales or customer service within the telecommunications industry
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of broadband, phone, and cable services
