Regional Sales Manager

We are searching for an experienced Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales & Applications Engineer / Applications Engineer to join a German manufacturer of premium CNC machine tools and 5-axis machining centers to drive sales growth in California.

• Drive regional sales growth in California for high-precision machine tools and 5-axis machining centers by identifying opportunities and converting them into revenue.
• Build and expand strong customer relationships by positioning our machining solutions to meet production and performance needs.
• Develop strong technical knowledge of our machine tools and effectively communicate their application and value to customers.
• Monitor competitor activity and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Execute regional sales plans, manage budgets, and provide regular market and performance updates to leadership.

• Proven experience selling CNC machine tools, ideally 5-axis machining centers.
• Strong technical understanding of machining processes, tooling, and applications in precision manufacturing / machining.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend tailored machining solutions.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships the precision manufacturing / machining sectors.
