The Mission:Drive Enterprise Sales
The Account Executive is a hunter responsible for achieving significant revenue growth by landing and expanding relationships with major companies implementing Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE). You will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation to closing multi-million dollar deals within target segments.
Target Segments Include: EVSE Manufacturers, Major Fleets, Charge Point Operators (CPOs), and Large Real Estate Organizations.
What You’ll Deliver- Exceed Sales Targets:
Achieve an annual sales target of $1.5M+ through proactive, strategic account management and new business acquisition. - Full Cycle Ownership:
Develop, qualify, and close deals independently, owning the pipeline across target enterprise segments. - Strategic Account Planning:
Create and execute comprehensive account plans to drive deep customer engagement and maximize growth opportunities. - Consultative CLOSING:
Conduct expert needs assessments, present compelling, tailored solutions, and negotiate high-value contracts.
We are looking for a relentless, results-driven professional with deep industry knowledge.
- Highly desired experience as a consultative B2B enterprise sales experience, with a strong preference for the EV and EV Charging industry.
- A documented history of exceeding annual sales targets of at least $2.0M.
- Proven ability to manage and close mid-to-large accounts.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- A scrappy and resourceful startup mindset—adept at building processes and navigating ambiguity.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot or similar).
