, a rapidly growing AI technology company transforming fixed operations in automotive retail, is hiring for two Regional Sales Managers (Southern California and Northern California/ Pacific Northwest).

AI Automotive delivers AI-powered solutions that help dealerships increase service revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As the company scales, they are expanding their high-performance field sales team in two key territories.

Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for driving new dealership acquisition within an assigned territory. This is a true hunter position managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close while partnering closely with a Customer Success Manager to support onboarding, retention, and expansion across accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and close new dealership rooftops
  • Manage full sales cycle including in-person meetings and virtual demos
  • Build strategic relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and Fixed Operations leaders
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive group-wide adoption and expansion
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with Marketing on regional campaigns and events
  • Consistently achieve sales targets
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or automotive retail preferred)
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and decision-making processes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success or Account Management teams
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills
  • Ability to travel regularly within assigned region
Preferred
  • Existing network within automotive dealerships or fixed operations
  • Familiarity with DMS, CRM, or service lane technologies
  • Experience in collaborative account team or POD structures
