, a rapidly growing AI technology company transforming fixed operations in automotive retail, is hiring for two Regional Sales Managers (Southern California and Northern California/ Pacific Northwest).

AI Automotive delivers AI-powered solutions that help dealerships increase service revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As the company scales, they are expanding their high-performance field sales team in two key territories.
The Regional Sales Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for driving new dealership acquisition within an assigned territory. This is a true hunter position managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close while partnering closely with a Customer Success Manager to support onboarding, retention, and expansion across accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and close new dealership rooftops
- Manage full sales cycle including in-person meetings and virtual demos
- Build strategic relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and Fixed Operations leaders
- Partner with Customer Success to drive group-wide adoption and expansion
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Collaborate with Marketing on regional campaigns and events
- Consistently achieve sales targets
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or automotive retail preferred)
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and decision-making processes
- Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success or Account Management teams
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned region
- Existing network within automotive dealerships or fixed operations
- Familiarity with DMS, CRM, or service lane technologies
- Experience in collaborative account team or POD structures
