A global leader in NAND flash and SSD solutions is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead Enterprise and Data Center sales efforts in the U.S. and Europe. In this strategic role, you will drive revenue growth, secure design wins, and expand market share by leveraging your deep relationships and expertise within the Enterprise and Hyperscale ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and business development, while directly engaging with executive‑level clients to influence product adoption and strategy.
Responsibilitiesof an Enterprise Sales Director
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, including revenue targets, pricing strategies, and go‑to‑market plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and hyperscale accounts.
- Negotiate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
- Foster long‑term executive‑level relationships with key customers, aligning product roadmaps with their business needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to adjust sales and product strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and influence product development.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key customer meetings.
- Proven track record in semiconductor sales, specifically NAND, SSD, and controller solutions for Enterprise and Data Center customers.
- Deep knowledge of NAND memory, storage, and semiconductor technology trends.
- Previous experience in senior sales leadership and business development roles.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, engineering, and sales teams to execute account strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of Sales Management experience.
- Base salary of $250,000 per annum.
- RSUs and year‑end performance bonus.
