We’re seeking a relationship-driven Sales Partnerships Manager to expand our client base, deepen brand relationships, and deliver measurable growth. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about beauty, skilled at building senior-level relationships, and eager to bring innovative UGC and marketing solutions to some of the world’s most iconic beauty brands.
What You’ll Do- Prospect, pitch, and close Beautytap’s UGC and marketing programs with CMOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers across beauty and wellness.
- Conduct daily strategic outreach, consistently meeting weekly minimums for new contacts, meetings booked, and presentations delivered.
- Build compelling sales materials (decks, proposals, contracts, performance reports) that bring the Beautytap story to life.
- Represent Beautytap at industry conferences and networking events, connecting with senior beauty marketing professionals and expanding our reach.
- Serve as the key client partner—overseeing onboarding, success, and renewals—while ensuring flawless execution with support from internal teams.
- Develop and expand senior-level relationships, driving upsells and cross-sell opportunities.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue, retention, and account growth targets.
- 5 years of sales experience in digital marketing, UGC, SaaS, or related beauty-tech solutions.
- Proven track record of closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Strong network of senior beauty industry contacts (CMOs, VPs, Directors); former retail buying or beauty agency experience is a plus.
- Comfort navigating multi-solution pitches with C-suite stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM platforms (Hub Spot preferred);
Canva or design skills are a plus. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a professional, polished presence.
- Bilingual in Korean and English a plus.
