We are looking for a full-time remote Customer Success and Sales Associate for our client. Our client is a fast-growing Hawaiian-Asian fusion restaurant brand focused on premium poké. They need a hands‑on, execution-focused associate whose primary job is making every catering order run flawlessly and keeping customers and general managers delighted.
This is a freelance contract (remote) with potential to extend. This is a full-time, contractual, freelancer position for a trial period of 3 months while working you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience and qualified based on the criteria below, we encourage you to apply.
Job Description- Monitor catering platforms (ez Manage, Olo, ez Cater, etc.) to track daily orders and ensure smooth delivery.
- Perform morning check-ins for prior evening orders and afternoon check-ins for current lunch orders.
- Communicate proactively with GMs to confirm order details and resolve on-site issues.
- Respond promptly to emails and phone calls from GMs and customers; own the customer experience until resolved.
- Coordinate logistics with customers and GMs from order placement through delivery (temperature, presentation, special instructions).
- Conduct post-order follow-ups to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Use after-service follow-ups to drive repeat business: thank customers, identify upcoming needs, present package recommendations, and schedule future orders or reminders.
- Save all new catering client contact details (including phone numbers) into Ring Central accurately and promptly.
- Flag and escalation customer or GM-reported issues to the manager with recommended next steps.
- Encourage positive reviews on ez Cater/Google and encourage direct ordering when a location proves highly reliable.
- Assist with inbound/outbound sales calls and document interactions in internal systems (secondary to service priorities).
- Update and maintain prospect lists; perform light lead research and follow-up cadence with past clients (secondary task).
- Enter and edit catering orders in the CRM/DB as needed.
- Any other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities related to the above.
- Bachelor’s degree of any 4-year course.
- 2+ years of proven customer service or voice role experience; F&B /catering /restaurant experience strongly preferred.
- Willing to be trained and is a fast learner.
- Comfortable with US Pacific Time schedule (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PT).
- Clear, professional spoken and written English.
- Has initiative and knows how to escalation issues to key stakeholders.
- Reliable laptop/desktop and fast internet (50–100 Mbps recommended) with backup plan.
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
- Strong attention to detail, CRM discipline, and escalation judgment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with managers and GMs.
- Work from home. Full-time freelancer, contractual position.
- Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time USA (8 hours/day, 1 hour break).
- 8 hours guaranteed shift per work day.
- With 1 hour daily “lunch break” (unpaid).
- US Holidays off and unpaid.
- Any overtime needs to be pre‑approved by the client.
This is a 3-month long freelancing trial contract (full-time) that can be done remotely at home with a computer and a fast and reliable internet connection. There are no benefits for Freelancers on the evaluation period.
However, if the Client decides to renew the contract there may be certain benefits such as paid sick leaves, paid vacation leaves, HMO health insurance and 13th month pay. These are not guaranteed and everything will depend on performance and client discretion.
Although you will be reporting directly to the designated manager from our client, you will also be reporting to and will be supervised by Big Ideas Social Media Inc, who is the consultant and service provider (Agency) of the US business. Big Ideas will provide your compensation and other HR and administrative needs locally. You will be classified as “Self-Employed” when it concerns legality and taxation.
You will not be considered an employee of our Client or Big Ideas Philippines but instead, you will be a self‑employed freelance professional.
