Outside Sales Representative – Staffing Industry
Full-Time | Hourly + Mileage Reimbursement + Commission
⚠️ This position requires outside canvassing 3-4 days per week
We are a staffing agency seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated professional who thrives on face-to-face interaction, relationship building, and winning new business. If you’re a go-getter who isn’t afraid to knock on doors, network, and create opportunities, we want to hear from you.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying, engaging, and converting new, qualified clients while contributing to overall sales growth and team success.
What You’ll Do- Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities through outside canvassing, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Qualify leads, uncover client needs, and present tailored staffing solutions
- Schedule and attend client meetings to establish trust and long-term partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Track daily KPIs and report weekly sales and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
- 2-3 years of sales experience (staffing or B2B sales experience is a strong plus)
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable approaching new people and engaging decision-makers at all levels
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and resilience
- Not afraid of outside canvassing, cold outreach, and face-to-face selling
- Reliable transportation required
- Existing book of business is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset with a consultative sales approach
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and a positive “can-do” attitude
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Full time : 8:30am-5pm.
