- Facilitate customer in-services and technical training, while addressing product-related issues
- Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, product development, or sales
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and develop effective presentations
- Willingness to travel for business purposes up to 90%
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to diverse audience levels
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
- Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects
