Sales Account Executive

We're excited to announce that we're working with a unique lab equipment provider that is looking to expand it's capacity on the West Coast with a new hire who will build out this region using a personalised blend of technical experience with a strategic sales approach to optimise growth and revenue.

We're looking for a Sales Account Executive with the capabilities to identify, target and sell to Biotech across the West Coast, remotely based in California. Who is well-versed with a variety of laboratory equipment, ranging from large lab instrumentation to general lab supplies.

• Identify, target and break potential Biotech clients on the West Coast
• Build and maintain relationships you'd build with key stakeholders
• Conduct, provide and use market research to engage with prospects
• Manage your own pipeline and edit CRM accordingly to track leads
• Produce, manage and execute cold & warm approaches to prospects
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential Biotech clients
• Collaborate with company product specialists and support staff
• Create and provide a strategy to build the West Coast clientele

• Bachelor's degree in the Life Sciences
• Proven sales experience and track record in selling laboratory equipment
• Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
• Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
• Experience in managing a book of business
• Strategic thought process to progress sales in the region
