What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Execute training initiatives to deliver value to National Accounts through various tasks, including training, troubleshooting, and market research
  • Maximize unit and gross profit within assigned accounts
  • Serve as a liaison for account areas to address opportunities and resolve issues
  • Analyze data on service drives and store performance using CRM and Tableau
  • Conduct continuous skills training for account sales and store personnel
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4-year degree or applicable employment experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of account management, growth, and retention experience
  • Proven ability in account technical training and mentoring
  • Strong understanding of in-store processes and sales enablement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in Challenger Sales and implementation
  • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and develop solutions
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using CRM and Tableau for reporting and decision-making
