The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. This role supports a seamless omnichannel experience and helps create an engaging, customer-centered environment. • Assist customers in finding their dream mattress and provide technical and product knowledge information as a subject matter expert.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain engagement during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of competitors and their offerings.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and drive sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Competitive pay range of $56,000 - $69,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available at the discretion of the Company.
