Position: Business Development Manager (Key Accounts - CBD/Vape)
Location: California

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with overseas channel partners to establish and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay informed about overseas channel market trends, conduct market analysis and research, and develop sales plans and strategies to ensure sales performance.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of the channel sales team, assisting team members in expanding overseas markets and growing the business to collectively achieve sales targets.
  • Follow up on product and service needs of channel partners, promptly provide solutions, and facilitate product sales.
  • Monitor and analyze the channel sales process, gather competitor information, identify sales opportunities, and provide feedback on market changes and customer needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with long-term legal work authorization and a valid driver’s license in the United States.
  • Professional background in the vaping industry, with experience in U.S. CBD/vape channel sales. Preferred candidates will have existing resources in channels such as supermarkets, tobacco, e-commerce, and MD.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong consulting abilities to establish and maintain effective communication and cooperative relationships with channel partners.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, including negotiation, relationship building, and business development. Proven sales performance and customer service capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Skilled in using office software and sales systems, with a solid grasp of basic sales tools and methodologies.
  • Strong team collaboration spirit and sense of responsibility, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure business environment.
