F&I Manager (Business Manager)
Sunset Ford is looking for a motivated and energetic F&I Manager to join our award‑winning team.
Responsibilities- Help customers arrange financing for their purchases and present additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability.
- Maintain full knowledge of title laws and the registration process.
- Maintain required certifications and professional proficiency.
- Accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals to customers.
- Accurately audit team deals post‑sale.
- Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts.
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
- Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, verbal, and written presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
