Automotive Product & Sales Specialist – Join the Sneed Ford Team!
Pay: $36,000.00 – $ per year
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (1 weekday off; Saturdays required)
Work Location: In person
An automobile salesperson is a knowledgeable professional who guides customers through the car-buying process. They provide expert information on vehicle features, performance, and benefits to help customers find the right fit for their needs. The salesperson also conducts test drives, ensuring customers experience the vehicle firsthand, and assists with pricing, financing, and completing the sale. This role requires strong communication skills, product expertise, and a genuine focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Sneed Ford is seeking a driven, customer-focused Product & Sales Specialist to join our high-performing team. With over 800 inbound leads per month, we need motivated professionals who are ready to thrive in a fast-paced, appointment-based sales environment. Whether you have automotive experience or are new to the industry, we provide training and support to set you up for success.
Responsibilities /What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships and create lifelong customers by understanding their needs.
- Become a vehicle expert—know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and technology.
- Conduct high-quality, professional vehicle demonstrations.
- Follow up with buyers to foster referral business and repeat customers.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager with objectives, reviews, and performance analysis.
- Bring your ‘A’ game and a positive attitude every day!
- Ability to work Monday–Saturday (1 weekday off; Saturdays required).
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product details.
- Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email.
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred (automotive a plus).
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor.
- Clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen.
