The Manager will own the full sales cycle, manage key accounts, develop channel partnerships, and build a high‑performance sales culture aligned with global strategy.

The Manager of Sales for the West Coast will lead commercial growth across the western and midwestern regions, driving revenue, expanding market share, and building long‑term customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Execute a comprehensive sales strategy across the U.S. and Canada
- Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets across whole slide scanners, AI/ML solutions, and cloud platforms
- Build and manage a scalable pipeline using data‑driven forecasting and CRM discipline
- Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and secure new opportunities across hospitals, academic medical centers, CROs, pharma, and pathology labs
- Expand market presence through partnerships, distributors, and OEM collaborations
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
- Key Account Management
- Partner with applications, service, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and support
- Drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the digital pathology portfolio
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and lead generation
- Provide market feedback to Product Management to influence roadmap priorities
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Legal, and Finance teams for compliant deal execution
- 5+ years of sales experience in digital pathology, medical devices, diagnostics, imaging, or life sciences technology
- Proven success meeting or exceeding multi‑million‑dollar revenue targets
- Strong understanding of digital pathology workflows, procurement cycles, and regulatory considerations
- Experience selling capital equipment and SaaS/AI solutions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to travel 40–60% within the U.S.
- Experience leading West Coast sales in digital pathology
- Existing relationships with pathology labs, academic centers, and healthcare networks
- Experience with CRM systems
- MBA or advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field
