Business Development Manager – Medical & Aesthetic Devices

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading medical device company specialising in advanced aesthetic and beauty technology. Covering the Southern California region, this role focuses on driving growth across a premium portfolio of cutting-edge devices, including laser, cryotherapy, and microvibration technologies, as well as associated consumables.

This is a high-impact, field-based role suited to a commercially driven sales professional with a proven background in selling high-end beauty or medical aesthetic technology into salons, clinics, and medispas.

The Role

• Develop and grow sales across the Southern California territory, targeting salons, aesthetic clinics, and medical practices
• Promote a broad portfolio of advanced aesthetic technologies and ongoing consumable sales
• Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities through proactive lead generation
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and close
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring strong post-sale support and repeat revenue
• Consistently achieve and exceed agreed revenue and growth targets
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
• Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

About You

• Proven experience selling aesthetic, beauty, or medical devices (essential)
• Strong knowledge of advanced technologies such as laser, cryo, or energy-based devices
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, negotiation, and closing high-value deals
• Experienced in both new business development and account management
• Commercially astute with a track record of achieving revenue targets
• Confident presenting to business owners, clinic directors, and medical professionals
• Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven
• Currently based in California and able to travel within the region
