• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify storm-related damage.
• Educate customers on the insurance restoration process in a simple, honest way.
• Earn trust through transparent communication, clear expectations, and follow-through.
• Guide customers through contract signing, scheduling, and next steps.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
• Represent Aspen with professionalism, care, and a commitment to “doing the right thing.”

• Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with resilience when challenges come up.
• Independent worker who can manage their own schedule effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Sales experience is helpful, but not required—we provide industry-leading training.
