Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

• Establish and follow up on customer relationships as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Communicate effectively to meet customer needs while promoting business development.

• Dedicated to excellent customer service.
• Sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales, retail, telemarketing).
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
• Able to obtain Life/Health License.
• Able to meet marketing goals and interested in marketing products based on customer needs.
• Bilingual Spanish required for the Garden Grove location.

• Base salary plus commission/bonus.
