Join our team as a Sales Agent in the Sales Development Program. In this inbound call role you will consult customers on their insurance needs, match correct coverages, and close sales. All new hires undergo comprehensive training and receive support for state licensing.

$2,000 sign‑on bonus for external candidates plus an additional $1,000 if you have a license at the time of offer. Guaranteed base pay plus monthly sales incentive earning potential.

Training fully onsite with a hybrid schedule after completion of training.

• Handle inbound calls, qualify members, and convert calls to qualified leads and sales.
• Ask appropriate questions, actively listen, and document information in computer systems.
• Use product portfolio knowledge to explain differences and recommend best products.
• Make outbound calls for follow‑up and membership reviews.
• Assist members in completing enrollment applications over the phone.
• Meet performance, attendance, and consumer‑experience goals.
• Maintain agent licensure, appointments, and annual product certification.

• Base pay + monthly sales incentive.
• Average first‑year earnings $60K; top performers can earn $80K+.
• Sign‑on bonus up to $3,000.

• Currently in final year of a Bachelor's degree or completed degree within 24 months prior to start date.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, or health insurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–9:00 PM; rotational weekend work during training.
