What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop targeted regional/local integrator accounts and implement account plans to grow discretionary business
  • Consult and train integrator partners on product and solution applications that meet their needs
  • Partner with integrators to identify new avenues for increased revenues and margins
  • Execute strategic selling capabilities within integrator teams
  • Maintain and utilize CRM tools for sales reporting and communication of sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2+ years of sales experience or 5+ years of experience in the access control space
  • High School Diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Technical acumen and a fundamental understanding of access control components and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and reside within Southern California
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the access control space preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry‑specific software
  • Ability to motivate partners and develop strategic relationships
