- Develop targeted regional/local integrator accounts and implement account plans to grow discretionary business
- Consult and train integrator partners on product and solution applications that meet their needs
- Partner with integrators to identify new avenues for increased revenues and margins
- Execute strategic selling capabilities within integrator teams
- Maintain and utilize CRM tools for sales reporting and communication of sales activities
- 2+ years of sales experience or 5+ years of experience in the access control space
- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Technical acumen and a fundamental understanding of access control components and systems
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% and reside within Southern California
- Experience in the access control space preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry‑specific software
- Ability to motivate partners and develop strategic relationships
