Enterprise Relationship Manager - $135-160k base (Double OTE)
Location: Orange County / Los Angeles area
Role OverviewThe Enterprise Relationship Manager is a hunter-focused sales professional responsible for driving new business through channel partners. This role emphasizes identifying and closing net-new opportunities, building executive relationships, and leveraging partner networks to generate significant revenue. Success requires strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver the company’s value proposition and solutions effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives.
- Manage and grow accounts, driving new opportunities and repeatable revenue.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to close complex deals.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
- Provide regular updates and reviews on territory plans and sales performance.
- 10+ years of enterprise field sales experience selling software/hardware.
- Proven success closing complex, six- to seven-figure deals.
- Strong “hunter” mentality with new business acquisition focus.
- Experience working in partner/channel-driven sales models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic account planning skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment.
