We’re hiring a Vice President of Sales to take our U.S. sales strategy to the next level—building relationships that drive growth, strengthen customer loyalty, and elevate Fieldpiece's market leadership. The ideal person is a proven, hands‑on sales leader with experience building strategic accounts programs and a passion for building teams. You’ll shape how Fieldpiece connects with customers, distributors, and partners nationwide and champion a culture of performance, growth, and integrity.

What You’ll Do- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that deliver revenue growth and strengthen the Fieldpiece brand.
- Lead and mentor a national sales organization—including internal teams and external reps—to achieve measurable results.
- Build scalable programs for strategic accounts, pricing, and partnerships that drive loyalty and profitability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with strategic and national accounts, distributors, and trade partners to maximize mutual success.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product leaders to align go‑to‑market strategies and to elevate the customer’s experience.
- Use CRM data and analytics to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent Fieldpiece as an ambassador—inside and outside the organization—communicating our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer success.
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience in a product environment.
- Experience in HVACR, tools, instruments, or similar consumer products is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in senior leadership with the ability to develop a sales team.
- Deep experience in B2B sales, strategic and national account programs, and distributor/agent networks.
- A successful track record of coaching and motivating teams to exceed goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
