In-Home Sales Inspector (Base Pay + Uncapped Commission) – Eco Shield Pest Solutions

Responsibilities- Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls, and on‑site visits to residences and businesses.
- Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of wood‑destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, and make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
- Cover sales leads in an assigned branch and/or territory and develop multiple additional service and/or pest control sales leads creatively for each given lead.
- Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
- Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, in accordance with the company Vehicle Policy.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 6+ months of related experience or training in sales and customer interaction.
- Must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a driving record that meets the company’s insurance standards.
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.
- Earn and maintain state‑required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
- Weekly pay – get paid every Friday.
- Hourly base pay of $16.00/hour plus commission. Most team members earn between $60,000–$90,000+ based on sales performance; actual earnings vary.

- Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions.
- Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required.
