Sacramento or surrounding area (field‑based)

This territory has significant upside and needs a hungry, disciplined self‑starter who can hunt for new business while strengthening existing accounts. You’ll have the support of a strong brand, proven programs, and a collaborative internal team, but what we need is execution and ownership.

• Own and grow an underperforming territory across California and Nevada
• Prospect, open, and develop new retail accounts
• Re‑engage existing and dormant customers to increase productivity
• Build and maintain a strong appointment cadence – consistent activity drives results
• Drive sales through in‑store execution: product presentations, assortment optimization, merchandising, and reorder strategies
• Partner with retailers to improve sell‑through and long‑term performance
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management, and forecasting
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Represent Ostbye at regional and national trade shows

• 3+ years of outside or territory sales experience (B2B preferred; jewelry, fashion, or accessories a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong skills in prospecting, account development, and territory management
• CRM experience and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel weekly within California and Nevada
