Position Summary

The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for the management and reporting of the sales pipeline and supports the North American business development team with all steps of the sales process such as proposal or quote generation, coordinating RFP responses and assembling product documentation for the region.

Responsibilities
  • Provides overall support of sales operations for the North America (US and Canada) region.
  • Maintains the sales pipeline and generates management reports.
  • Supports regional sales team in preparing proposals, generating quotes and providing technical and commercial documentation to clients.
  • Provides timely follow-up to clients as needed.
  • Leads or supports internal process improvement initiatives and preparation for trade shows.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of B2B sales support, account management, or client services experience
  • Solar or storage industry experience is a plus
  • Proficient with CRM software
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely and professionally
  • Results oriented, organized, highly motivated, and creative
  • Ability to travel occasionally within North America
