North County Ford is expanding our Retail Sales Department, and we are looking for energetic Sales Associates to join the team!

You will be supported by an experienced management team that will help prepare you for success. All sales team members have access to a variety of leads including phone, internet, and walk-ins.
PayPotential to earn a six-figure income! $16.50 per hour plus uncapped commission. Average annual compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000!

- Highly motivated, with the desire to work in a fast‑paced and exciting environment!
- Excellent phone etiquette and demeanor, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver license and ability to be added to company’s list of insured drivers
- Prior automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Responding to leads and making genuine connections with customers face to face, via phone, and through email
- Greeting and educating customers, assessing needs, and demonstrating products and features
- Attending training classes, in‑house meetings, and online seminars to keep knowledge and sales strategies up to date
- Documenting various sales activities in CRM
