As a Sales Manager
, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales for our innovative activity monitoring systems and parlor technologies
. You'll work closely with large dairy producers across California (with a smaller focus on Arizona), building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that enhance animal welfare, sustainability, and profitability
.
Ideally, you'll be based in California's Central Valley
, where the majority of our customers and cows are located but we're flexible on specific location.
This role is customer-facing, with most travel day-to-day to farms. Expect around 40-50% overnight travel
, depending on how far you are from your customer base.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and build a thriving pipeline
- Deliver in-person presentations and product demonstrations at farms, conferences, and trade events
- Tailor solutions to dairy producers needs and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with global teams in the US, Canada, and Israel
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Background in agriculture (degree preferred) with practical on-farm experience
- Knowledge of dairy cow reproduction, nutrition, and herd management
- Strong B2B sales experience with an existing network of large dairy producers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel to customer sites
