What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Regularly meet and exceed monthly KPIs including net cards, gallons, and revenue
  • Develop strategic plans for territory management in collaboration with your sales manager
  • Self-generate leads and actively seek out new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of fleet opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and communicate proactively about your work
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in client acquisition
  • Consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to compete effectively against competitors
  • Strong skills in prospect-channel identification, development, and qualification
  • Must be able to pass a successful background investigation and be comfortable with travel
